Main parking for this event will be on our lower field area. Our paved lot is reserved for ADA parking during the event.
Registered service animals are permitted. Other dogs, including support animals, are not permitted for health and safety reasons.
Guests with food allergies are welcome to bring their own food; we kindly ask that you adhere to a pack-in, pack-out policy. Food trucks will be available on site throughout the weekend.
The Flower Show is classified as a special event and we do not offer standard admission during the event. Discounts on Flower Show tickets are reserved for MHS Members.
During the Fall Flower Show, our General Admission discounts do not apply.

Core garden areas are accessible by a paved road. Restrooms and buildings include ramps and accessible restrooms. Some displays and some garden paths consist of grass or crushed stone.
By entering the Garden at Elm Bank, you consent to the taking and publication of your photograph, video, and audio for MHS promotional purposes.

Each time slot has a limited number of tickets. You may purchase as many general admission tickets that are available in your chosen slot. We are unable to offer group ticket discounts for this event.
Members: Individual Members can purchase 1 ticket at the Member rate; Dual Members may purchase 2 tickets at the Member rate; Supporter Members and above may purchase 4 tickets at the Member rate.
Additional tickets should be purchased at the non-member rate. If you wish to upgrade your membership to purchase more tickets, please contact membership@masshort.org during weekday office hours.
Children under 2 are free, but please include free "Kids 2 and under" tickets in your ticket reservation.
MHS Members receive discounts on tickets & fees and early access to the event! Members can reserve tickets for the 9-10am hour before the event opens to the public at 10am.

Flower Show is open rain or shine. There is plenty to explore both indoors and outdoors!
We recommend you arrive 5-10 minutes before your designated time to ensure a stress-free experience. The 30-minute time slot listed on your ticket purchase is your entry window. Once you enter the event, you are welcome to stay as long as you please until the event closes for the day:

You are welcome to stay in the Garden until we close for the day, which is 1 hour after the last entry for that date. Visits can last 3-5 hours to explore everything the Flower Show has to offer, including the beautiful garden, exhibitions, vendors, family programs, and demonstrations. Food trucks will be available throughout the weekend.
