Private Garden Tours

Length:

 Tours last for about an hour, depending on the level of engagement during the tour. 

Picnic/Food Options:

Guests are more than welcome to have picnics onsite, we do not have a cafe, so we suggest bringing sack lunches or ordering for delivery. All garden seating spaces & picnic areas are on a first-come-first-serve basis. There is patio space available in the Crockett Garden, the patio offers bistro tables with seating for around 20 people. Throughout the garden there are picnic tables and benches, and plenty of green space.

We do not allow folding tables, pop-up tents, or large coolers unless a Garden space is rented. We are also pack in/pack out, please bring a trash sack along. If you'd like to look at renting a space or a classroom for your visit, please let us know and we can put you in contact with our rentals team.

Arrivals & Transportation: 

The bridge to enter the Elm Bank Reservation has a 12-ton (24,000 lbs) weight restriction. Vehicles cannot exceed this weight limit, and there is not an alternate route into the property. Typically, these are vehicles that are 30 passengers and under, however each company has different options in their fleet. If you are planning to arrive via group transportation, please ensure your vehicle is underweight. 

Costs associated:

$170 - up to 10 people
$230 - up to 15 people
$290 - up to 20 people

*Groups larger than 20 people will require at least two guides and a fee will be assessed per guide.Tour headcounts can be updated until eight days before your visit. In the case of inclement weather, we are happy to reschedule your tour.
