Summer Yoga Series

Unwind and reconnect with nature during our summer evening yoga sessions! Join us for a summer evening yoga series held outdoors in the beauty of the Goddess Garden. Led by Laurel Kulow, each class offers a grounding hatha-style practice that focuses on mindful movement, breath, and alignment.

Hatha yoga is a gentle and accessible style that emphasizes holding poses, improving balance, and creating space in the body and mind. It’s ideal for those new to yoga as well as experienced practitioners looking to slow down and reconnect with their practice. Laurel’s classes link breath with movement to help you feel more centered, calm, and creatively energized.

All levels are welcome—beginners encouraged! Please dress for the weather and bring your own mat and/or towel, as all sessions are held outdoors.

Laurel Kulow is a writer and yoga teacher whose practice is rooted in mindfulness, creativity, and connection. Trained in the Himalayan mountains, she earned her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and 20-hour Sound Healing Certification at the Nepal Yoga Academy.

For over a decade, Laurel has used yoga as a powerful tool to ease anxiety and cultivate presence. What began as a personal practice to quiet the mind quickly became a daily ritual that unlocks her creativity and inspires her writing. She’s especially passionate about the link between movement and imagination, and her classes reflect this—blending intentional breathwork, grounding postures, and moments of stillness that invite insight.

Whether you're new to yoga or deepening your practice, you’ll leave her class feeling centered, refreshed, and more connected to yourself.
