The Hunnewell Building at Elm Bank Horticulture Center in Wellesley is available for four season rental. In 2001, the building underwent a state-of-the-art renovation and is fully heated and air-conditioned. A MHS Membership is a requirement for function rentals.
All rental fees include:
- Exclusive use of the historic Hunnewell Building (2,960 sq feet event space)
- Connected three-season tent April 15th through November 1st (33x66 feet)
- Catering Space
- Coat Room
- Podium & 10’ screen
- Restrooms, including one wheelchair accessible
- Hook-up for audio-visual equipment, music or theatrical lighting
- Use of:
- 225 green/gold cushioned chairs
- 34 round tables (60 inches diameter seating 8 guests)
- 25 rectangular tables (6 foot long)
- 8 rectangular serving tables (8 foot long)
The Hunnewell Building Rental also includes use of the grounds, including the restored Italianate Garden, ideal for wedding photos, cocktail receptions and ceremonies
