Please Support the Massachusetts Horticultural Society |
|
The Massachusetts Horticultural Society is a non-profit organization that relies on donations from its members and friends. Membership dues account for only a portion of our annual expenses. Your contributions help the Society bring the world of gardening and horticulture to people across the state.

Here are the ways you can make a difference by donating to the Massachusetts Horticultural Society:
-
Annual Fund
Gifts to the Mass Hort annual fund are vital to the operation of our programs that encourage gardening and the appreciation of horticulture. Your donation helps support our operations and programs including the Gardens at Elm Bank, our seminars and lecture programs, the Garden to Table initiative, our Weezie's Garden Children's activities, and our involvement in amateur competitions and displays at the Boston Flower & Garden Show. Every dollar makes a difference!
Donations can be made either online, by calling our headquarters at (617) 933-4955, or mailing checks to:
Massachusetts Horticultural Society
900 Washington Street
Wellesley, MA 02482
If you prefer to mail a check, please complete and include a donation form with your donation.
-
Commemorative and Memorial Gifts
Honor the anniversary, birthday, recent achievement, or memory of a loved one with a gift to the Massachusetts Horticultural Society.
-
Matching Gifts
Your company may be able to double the amount of your gift to the Mass Hort through a corporate matching gift program. Please contact your human resources representative to see if your employer provides the opportunity for matching gifts.
-
Planned Giving
Make a lasting contribution to the future of horticulture in New England and The Gardens at Elm Bank with a financial commitment in your will, living trust, or other estate plans.
-
Support our Partners
Our partners, White Flower Farm and Brent & Becky's Bulbs, return a percentage of their sales from Mass Hort members to support the Society's mission and programs. Just let them know you are a member of Mass Hort to make your purchase count towards supporting our Society.
All donations to Mass Hort are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law. For further information on donations to the Massachusetts Horticultural Society, please contact: Katherine Macdonald, Executive Director, 617-933-4955.
The Massachusetts Horticultural Society is also supported with volunteer hours, pro-bono services, and in-kind donations. We are especially grateful for the financial assistance from our friends in the business community in the past few years.
The Massachusetts Horticultural Society is a 501 ( c) (3) non profit organization.
