Bob Feige has made a career as an independent management consultant to small and medium size businesses both for profit and not for profit. He has over 30 years experience as an entrepreneur. He started, built and sold four small businesses; acquired, built and sold eight companies; managed four companies for others as CEO covering a wide range of products and service industries.

Suzanne Cook Kinsellagh
Director of Development
Suzanne is a seasoned fundraising professional with over 25 years of experience in Development including stewardship, annual fund, major gifts, communications, and operations.  She worked at Brigham and Women's Hospital in various Development positions and most recently was Director of Development for New England Baptist Hospital.  Her love and interest in gardening started as a child when she helped her grandfather in his greenhouse.  Suzanne spends her free time with her family and planting her own gardens in Medfield.

David Fiske
Gardens Curator
David is a fourth generation horticulturalist who specializes in rare and unusual antique and heirloom plants. Prior to working at MHS, David and his wife Nancy operated “Antique Heirloom Plants” that grew over 20,000 annuals, perennials and tropical plants each year.

Trish Wesley Umbrell
Director of Horticultural Education & Outreach
An avid gardener, cyclist, and community activist, Trish grew up working in the gardens of the Natick Community Organic Farm and now serves on Farm’s Board of Directors. Before joining the Society, Umbrell worked with Boston-based Horticulture magazine where she joined the editorial department in 1994 and held many titles including those of Editor and Editorial Director. Trish has a self designed degree in plant studies and communication from Cornell University. She and her husband garden in Waltham, MA.

Carolyn H. Weston
Director of Flower Show & Special Events
Carolyn has directed the Society’s premier fundraiser and its year round calendar of events since 2003. Joining the staff in 1997 as Flower Show Coordinator, she then served as Assistant Director from 1999 to 2003. Her 18-year career in event management includes the production of trade shows and conferences for leading high tech companies and professional associations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalistic Studies from UMass Amherst. Carolyn grew up in Framingham and currently lives in Marlborough with husband, Troy. When she isn’t doing undercover research on other organizations’ events, she can be found cooking, reading cooking magazines or watching The Food Network.
