The Massachusetts Horticultural Society offers horticultural education for adults and children. For adults, MassHort schedules workshops and classes that are designed to enrich the understanding of plants and environment. Our programming for children includes Weezie's Story Hour and the Caterpillar Club. Elm Bank is also home to the Massachusetts Master Gardener Association's Master Gardener Program. The course consists of thirteen classroom and lab modules, including soil science, botany, entomology, plant pathology, pruning and propagation. Courses are conducted by both academic and industry professionals.
